The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic - super friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony. The location was great, just one block back from the oceanfront and close to everything. The breakfast was impressive, with a huge choice of options. The hotel staff was kind and the beds were very comfy. , the prices were more accessible compared to other options. a great stay!

All inclusive finish at 22:25, terrible table wine included, no water afther, the rooms has very thin walls and we hear everithing what neigbour do.

The hotel is conveniently located close to 2 beaches nearby (10 minutes walk). The food was the best we had. A lot of fish meals, huge variety. They changed it every day. Weekends are always some fun at the pool area. The view was nice, as we had balcony towards the pool side (south).

There was very bad, sewer like smell at the top floor which got into the hotel rooms. Problem was partially corrected after 5 days from our arrival, but it still smelled in the lift every day. Beds are old and the springs could be felt every night. In the bathroom was only one bar soap (no shampoo). And lastly, the walls are very very thin and you could hear all the noise from neighboring rooms.

During our stay here, we had a comfortable double room with air conditioning, the friendly staff provided us with helpful tips, and the fantastic location allowed us easy access to the beautiful beach nearby.

Continental breakfast was a nice touch. It was based in very very good building in an absolutely perfect location, close to buses to other resorts. Very amiable and hard-working staff, provided useful info.

Croissants, cereal, cakes, and biscuits for breakfast. Location adjacent to the bouncy castle and mini golf and 2 lovely beaches, sa coma and s'illot...

The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything within walking distance including the beach, restaurants, and shops. the fact that it was close to one of the best beaches in Majorca was a major plus. being on the half board option was well worth it, as the selection of food was great and the inclusion of beer and wine at dinner was a nice bonus.

The wifi at the hotel was extremely poor, especially on the 3rd floor where we were staying. We had to rely on our own mobile data throughout our stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel near a beautiful sandy beach. Its location was perfect for me because I could easily take the public bus to other nearby resorts and stay away from the busier tourist hotspots. the staff provided excellent service, and my room was comfortable with a balcony perfect for drying my wet beach clothes. the continental breakfast was tasty, and the AC in the room made a huge difference in the hot weather.
